Pastor David Mullins

Pastor David has served at Lakeview since the summer of 2021. He’s been in pastoral ministry since 2004, first as an Elder in the United Methodist Church, and now as a member of the Global Methodist Church. He and his wife Bobbi are both Florida natives, hailing from the Tampa area, but they spent several years up in Kentucky at Asbury Theological Seminary, and David served his first church up there as Associate Pastor at Centenary United Methodist in Danville. From there they traveled to First United Methodist Church of Callahan Florida, where twins Reilly and Nathan were born. Then they were appointed to  Conway United Methodist in Orlando, and most recently, Carlson Memorial United Methodist Church in LaBelle, just prior to coming here.

Pastor Dave loves teaching God’s word, and helping people to read and hear it as God's Self-revelation to us. He also loves encouraging people to ask challenging questions of their faith, believing firmly that the Scriptures have the answers they are looking for.
